My story… I have integrated fear that manifested as people-pleasing, the empath’s constant physical pain, the monkey mind, and the “who am I and what is my purpose” roller coaster…
and it all started with journaling… one day, I opened up a notebook and wrote down one thing I was thankful for… the next day, I did it again… five months later, a whole notebook full of THANKS, and I had CHANGED MY WHOLE LIFE:
- reprogrammed my mind
- reconciled my feelings
- reset my nervous system
- recalibrated my whole being

Should you find yourself out on a limb, at your own edge, would you allow me to share in your experience? I offer you my heart, arms, ears… education, credentials, and experience. Together, let us allow you to rest into your Deep and your Truth. And then, together, let us breathe fresh life into your aching heart, tired mind, bruised body. And help you live again.
Ram Dass
